• 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services or related fields.
• Experience with regional fund vehicles (open-end, closed-end, ETFs, interval funds) and regulatory/disclosure requirements across jurisdictions.
• Strong operational discipline: recurring update cycles, QA processes, release calendars.
• Proven project management: handling overlapping fund events across regions.
• System-minded: evaluates how changes affect data flow and processes.
• Track record of enforcing cross-functional processes.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail; can brief stakeholders and keep docs current.

Responsibilities

• Digital enablement of funds on regional marketing websites, coordinating fund events across all pimco.com sites.
• Release coordination with Engineering: define, QA, and ship fund-related updates; manage day-of-launch readiness.
• Support regulatory and disclosure updates with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Operations.
• Collect feedback and triage issues with Digital Product Management and Engineering.
• Maintain Fund Pages Product Guide and update standards when rules change.
• Own processes and drive adoption of updated workflows across teams and regions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual multi-platform workflows, including AI-assisted improvements.
• Coordinate marketing compliance reviews with local Compliance teams before going live.
