Job summary

PIMCO is hiring a Manager, Digital Fund Enablement to manage the enablement of fund events on our regional marketing websites, ensuring accurate representation of fund lifecycles. You will work with Marketing, Product Strategy, Fund Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Engineering to coordinate releases and maintain standards.

You should have 3-5 years in asset management or financial services, strong project management, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of asset management, financial services or related fields.
• Experience with regional fund vehicles (open-end, closed-end, ETFs, interval funds) and related disclosure requirements.
• Strong operational discipline and release calendards; capable of coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Digital enablement of funds on regional marketing sites; coordinate fund events across Pimco sites.
• Coordinate releases with Engineering; ensure QA and day-of-launch readiness.
• Support regulatory and disclosure updates in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Operations.
• Capture feedback and prioritize feature requests; manage data discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Maintain Fund Pages Product Guide and update documentation for regulatory changes.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of updated workflows across regions.
