Job summary

PIMCO in New York is seeking a Manager, Digital Fund Enablement to oversee fund events on our regional marketing sites. This hands-on role ensures accurate, timely representation of fund lifecycle events on pimco.com and collaborates with Marketing, Product Strategy, Fund Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Engineering.

Manage day-to-day updates, release readiness, and documentation, while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services.
• Strong operational discipline with recurring update cycles, QA processes, and release calendars.
• Exemplary project management capability across regions.
• System-minded thinking and documentation upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Digital enablement of funds on regional marketing websites across all Pimco sites.
• Release coordination with Engineering for fund-related updates and launch readiness.
• Support regulatory and disclosure updates with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Operations.
• Triage feedback and prioritize feature requests and data discrepancies.
• Maintain Fund Pages Product Guide and update when rules change.
• Enforce digital fund enablement processes and drive cross-regional adoption.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage AI.
• Ensure marketing compliance reviews before going live.
