The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive the growth and flawless execution of our digital programs across Curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You will ensure speed, accuracy, and presentation, coordinating with store leadership to maintain product availability and quality.

Key responsibilities include leading daily orders, improving speed-to-pick, and communicating substitutions.

Competenze

• 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication for guest and team interactions.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Basic tech proficiency with handhelds and order systems.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Mansioni

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders, ensuring speed, accuracy, and brand standards.
• Maintain operational consistency across all digital platforms, coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners.
• Ensure on-time order completion, speed-to-pick, and communicate substitutions and changes.
• Partner with department teams to maintain in-stock positions, product quality, and merchandising for digital fulfillment.
• Stage, package, and verify all orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before pickup or delivery hand-off.
• Track order metrics, guest feedback, and performance; share insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach at the front-end and storewide.
• Manage frontend guest flow and cashier support to minimize backups for frictionless checkout.
