Job summary

U.S. Bank is looking for a Relationship Banker in Mount Angel, OR. You will engage customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand financial goals and offer tailored solutions, while leveraging digital banking tools to enhance the client experience.

You will assess customer needs, open new accounts, process requests, and educate clients on products. A strong emphasis on service, teamwork, and digital-first outreach is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship skills with proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Knowledge of bank products and services, policies, and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through multiple channels to meet banking needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital self-service products; advise on solutions.
