• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Promote and demonstrate digital self-service products to meet client needs.
