U.S. Bank in Arnold, MO is seeking a Relationship Banker to build lasting client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital tools to enhance their financial lives.

As part of a branch team, you will proactively reach out to clients, deliver exceptional service, and promote bank products and services while maintaining compliance with NMLS requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration required and compliance with SAFEs Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Delivers a consistent, optimal client experience with accuracy and professionalism.
