Galileo Health is seeking a MO-licensed physician to join our digital-first primary care medical group. You will provide asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video visits, delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care.

Join a collaborative clinical care team that uses data and technology to optimize patient outcomes, with flexible scheduling and 24/7 operations. Expect shifts totaling 24+ hours per week.

Competenze

• 4+ years of clinical experience post-residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required.
• Active MO medical license (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Familiarity with digital-first healthcare and telemedicine.
• Comfort with English and Spanish in clinical settings is a plus.

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses using the company app and technology.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients across ages 0–100 with conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health.

• Resolve patient issues efficiently by leveraging team expertise and a proactive mindset.
