Galileo Health is seeking MO-licensed physicians to deliver primary care through asynchronous chat and synchronous video in a digital-first, 24/7 medical group. You will care for patients across ages 0–100 with complex and chronic needs, emphasizing evidence-based care and shared decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Experience with or openness to learning digital-first healthcare (telemedicine).
• Comfort with using technology and various apps to deliver care virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients across ages 0–100 with diverse needs, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity and mental health.
• Work with a diverse patient population and foster an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with team members to solve patient problems efficiently using available resources.
