Galileo Health is a remote primary care medical group that delivers care via asynchronous chat and synchronous video. Clinicians treat patients across ages 0–100 with complex and chronic conditions, using our proprietary app and data-driven approach to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

We value collaboration, flexibility, and innovation, with 24/7 coverage in 4-hour shifts and a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Experience in digital-first healthcare (virtual medicine).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; MO license requirement.
• Proficient with technology to deliver virtual care; English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses through our app and technology and your clinical judgment.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients from age 0-100 across needs, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity and mental health.
• Work with a diverse patient population; foster an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems efficiently and leverage expertise.
