Job summary

InTouch Credit Union (ITCU) seeks a Member Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union, delivering a consultative financial experience both in person and virtually.

You will identify members' financial needs, recommend tailored solutions, deepen relationships, and contribute to meeting sales goals in a digital-first environment across branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• MLOs registration with NMLS required.
• Ability to work across branches and flexible schedules.
• Knowledge of financial regulations including BSA, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between members and the Credit Union.
• Identify members' financial needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Deepen member relationships and expand wallet share.
• Provide in-person and virtual consultative service to members.
