Job summary

InTouch Credit Union (ITCU) is seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union, delivering a consultative financial experience both in-person and virtually.

You will identify members’ financial needs, recommend tailored solutions, and work to deepen relationships while promoting digital banking tools and services across branches and online channels. Minimum one year in customer service or sales required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with NMLS required.
• Ability to work in multiple branches and flexible hours.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between members and the Credit Union.
• Provide consultative financial guidance in-person and virtually.
• Identify member needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
