U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in Colorado to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, offering tailored banking solutions and educating clients on deposits, loans, and digital services.

You will open accounts, process requests, and build trusted relationships while complying with regulatory requirements and branch policies; prior retail banking and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships and provide strong service.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person and digital channels.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Proactively educates clients on self-service digital products and services.
• Partner with branch teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
