Resource Label Group, LLC is hiring a Digital Finishing Operator for the 1st shift. The role focuses on setup and operation of ABG finishing lines, quality inspection, and precise registration of printed materials. Training is onsite, with growth opportunities in a manufacturing environment.

The position runs 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, offering hands-on experience in label finishing, die-cutting, sealing, and UV/IR curing processes.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Reading rulers, scales, and other measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Set-Up: Set up, adjust, and operate AB Graphic finishing lines.
• Job Changeovers: Mount dies, prepare varnishes/inks, set slitting blades, align sensors.
• Quality Inspection: Monitor inline inspection systems for defects.
• Documentation: Log job details and material usage for reporting.
