Job summary

HSP US is seeking a Digital Factory Specialist to lead MES/ERP implementations and digitalization initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will optimize data flows, integrate OT/IT, and apply AI for predictive maintenance and quality improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in factory digital transformations, familiarity with IIoT, SCADA, OPC-UA, and ISA-95 architecture. A strong collaboration with IT, engineering, and operations is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Industrial Automation, or related field (required); master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing MES, ERP, or factory digitalization solutions in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IIoT, SCADA, OPC-UA, and digital twins.
  • Understanding of ISA-95 architecture and OT/IT integration.
  • Experience managing cross-functional digital projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of MES, ERP, and related systems (e.g., SCADA).
  • Ensure real-time data collection, visibility, and traceability across manufacturing operations.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale AI/ML use cases for predictive maintenance and production forecasting.
  • Support automation and digital twin initiatives across winding, machining, resin casting, and assembly.
  • Drive IoT integrations and real-time KPI dashboards for operational excellence.
  • Map and digitalize core production workflows and reduce manual interventions.
  • Champion user adoption of new digital tools and deliver operator training on MES and analytics.
  • Serve as interface between IT, production, engineering, and leadership to align digital goals.
  • Ensure cybersecurity and data integrity align with standards and industry requirements.

As a Digital Factory Specialist, you play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations. Every efficient production process begins with connected systems, accurate data, and seamless information flow, and that's where you come in. You'll implement, optimize, and support digital solutions such as MES and ERP systems while helping to integrate data across the entire production lifecycle, from incoming order to finished product. Working closely with operations, engineering, quality, and IT teams, you'll lead initiatives focused on automation, process harmonization, data analytics, and continuous improvement. You'll also evaluate and apply AI-driven technologies to support predictive analytics, process optimization, and intelligent decision-making. What We Are Looking For!

  • Support automation and digital twin initiatives across key areas (winding, machining, resin casting, assembly).
  • Drive IoT integrations and real-time KPI dashboards for operational excellence.
  • Map and digitalize core production workflows; lead initiatives to reduce manual interventions and improve process standardization.
  • Champion user adoption of new digital tools; deliver training to operators, engineers, and stakeholders on MES, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Serve as a key interface between IT, production, engineering, and leadership teams to align digital capabilities with operational goals.
  • Ensure all digital tools and systems align with internal standards and industry-specific cybersecurity and data integrity requirements.
What You Will Bring!
  • Bachelor’sdegree in engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Industrial Automation, orrelated field (required); master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years ofhands-on experience implementing MES, ERP, or factory digitalizationsolutions in a manufacturing environment.
