HSP US is seeking an experienced EHS Manager in North Carolina to establish and sustain a strong safety culture as production scales. You will develop and implement OSHA-compliant programs, manage regulatory interactions, and collaborate with teams to reduce risk across the facility.
The role requires 7–10+ years in manufacturing or high-voltage environments, expert knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Subparts S, O, R, Z, and a proven track record building EHS systems from the ground up.

As the EHS Manager, you play a key role in establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture at HSP US as we ramp up production. You’ll develop and implement EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with teams across the facility to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement.
