Job summary

You will own digital platforms, coordinate with IT and cybersecurity, and drive standardization across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
No relocation benefit; must reside within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI.
No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/O-1 etc. offered.
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the plant's digital transformation strategy.
Lead cross-functional projects to design and scale digital manufacturing solutions.
Own lifecycle and governance for digital platforms and data systems.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
Define data governance and standardization for reliable reporting.
Integrate manufacturing equipment, PLCs, MES, OT systems, and enterprise apps.
