Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Min. 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• No relocation offered; candidates within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI preferred.
• Sponsorship not provided (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc. not offered).
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship, now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the plant's Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional projects to design and scale digital manufacturing solutions.
• Own lifecycle management for digital manufacturing platforms including validation and upgrades.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI metrics.
• Implement integrations between manufacturing equipment, databases, MES, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity to meet OT standards.
• Serve as liaison to divisional and enterprise digital teams and external providers.
