• Experience with Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and automation.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a Vision and deployment strategy for factory Automation at Asheville Site.
• Lead a team to automate engineered processes and data-driven optimization.
• Collaborate across disciplines to define process capability and data analysis needs.
• Lead events to optimize manufacturing layout, equipment, and MES/automation integration.
• Develop training and governance for automation initiatives.
