Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of product manufacturing engineers.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for programs.
- Collaborate with Asheville supply chain operations to meet commitments.
- Drive quality and delivery improvements and manage budget/staffing.
- Partner with program offices, components, and operations management.
