Job Description:

The Digital Fabrication Lab Associates will be responsible for helping students utilize the MassArt Digital Fabrication Labs.

These labs consist of both the UPLAB (3D Printing ) and BASELABS (Laser cutting, Waterjet cutting).

Compensation: $15/hour

Duties:

• Monitoring the various equipments
• Guiding students on the use of various digital fabrication techniques
• Managing various elements of the space
• Ability to learn new skills and software
• Problem solving

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

• While technical background in CAD and Digital Fabrication is helpful, the main skills being sought after are customer service experience
