Massachusetts College of Art and Design’s MassArt Art Museum (MAAM) invites applications for a part-time Student Designer. You will assist in creating print and digital assets—posters, flyers, ads, programs, wall text and signage—under MAAM guidance.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, you’ll collaborate across the MAAM team, present work for feedback, and help produce in-house materials while following MAAM brand standards. Up to 10 hours/week, days negotiable.

The Student Designer assists with the creation of print and digital assets for the MassArt Art Museum (MAAM) including, but not limited to, event flyers, advertisements, posters, programs, exhibition signage, wall text, and related materials. This opportunity is designed for those interested in pursuing a career in graphic design with direction and feedback given from the MAAM team. Reporting to the Deputy Director and working closely with the staff at MAAM, the Student Designer will contribute to a range of projects in collaboration with the MAAM team and at times, with other partners.
This part-time position is designed to broaden the experience of students embarking on professional careers in graphic design or related fields. The Student Designer will work up to 10 hours/week to be spread out over 1-2 weekdays (days/times negotiable). Occasional evening and weekend hours events may be needed.
