Responsibilities

• Consults with staff to maintain all technology elements at the location.
• Collaborates with staff for technology purchases and allocation of resources.
• Communicates system changes and ongoing issues to staff.
• Owns incidents reported by staff and students and ensures timely resolution.
• Deploys, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains technology equipment and peripherals.
• Maintains accurate inventory of technology equipment.
