Job summary

Loudoun County Public Schools - Farmwell Station Middle School in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist (Technology Support Specialist) to maintain a complex technology environment and support students, teachers and staff.

You will serve as a resource across multiple schools, assist with deployments, system administration, and knowledge documentation, with opportunities to support other district locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of equivalent IT experience.
• Certifications such as MCP/MCSA, ITILv4, HDI, A+, N+ preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consult with staff to maintain technology at the location.
• Collaborate on technology purchases and resource allocation.
• Communicate system changes and upcoming projects.
• Own incidents reported by staff and students; ensure timely resolution.
• Deploy, install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and peripherals.
• Maintain inventory of devices and peripherals.
• Perform system administration including user accounts and approved software.
• Document knowledge articles and technical procedures.
