Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience responding to member inquiries and servicing accounts.
• Familiarity with online banking and mobile apps; able to troubleshoot digital services.
• Knowledge of lending processes and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a courteous, professional manner and provide prompt, accurate service.
• Provide information about CU services or policies by phone or electronically.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts; set up files and provide membership information.
• Assist members with loan applications and preliminary information; review and respond to standard questions.
• Troubleshoot online banking, mobile app, and other member-facing technologies.
• Maintain and distribute reference materials and updates to policies and procedures.
