Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an HMI Portfolio Manager to shape digital experiences across products and business units. Based in the United States, you will join Magenta, the Digital Experience Center of Excellence, to define and prepare work before design and development.

You will partner with Product Managers, UX/UI, Research, Engineering, and Project Management to ensure prioritized, well-scoped work that aligns with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, design, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience across digital product, UX, and engineering in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to clarify needs, align stakeholders, and shape work before delivery.
• Experience influencing prioritization, roadmaps, or portfolio planning across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital experience initiatives across products and business units.
• Improve intake, prioritization, and readiness before work enters design and development.
• Identify overlaps, gaps, dependencies, and shared opportunities across teams and platforms.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI, Research, Engineering, and Project Management to align priorities.
• Influence roadmap discussions by connecting product decisions to customer experience implications.
• Identify when shared patterns or centralized support are needed for consistent experiences.
