Job Details:

General Notes: The Dell Medical School is looking for a Digital Experience Platform Manager. As part of the central Public Affairs team, this position is responsible for implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the digital experience platform at Dell Medical School and the growing academic medical center it anchors.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management & Optimization: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform, ensuring it meets organizational needs and industry standards. Create and manage usage policies and workflows, ensuring effective governance and management of digital assets and templates.
  • Project Leadership: Lead DXP-related projects from inception to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and execute deliverables on time and within resource allocation.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and support for content authors and stakeholders on DXP functionalities, best practices, and new features.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the performance of DXP applications, analyze metrics, and provide insights to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • SEO: Implement and maintain on-page SEO practices, collaborating with content creators to optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, and images for SEO.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience managing a DXP. Proficiency in DXP components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore. Experience working in a DXP environment with Epic integration. Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

Salary Range: OPEN

Working Conditions:

  • May work around standard office conditions.
  • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
  • Occasional weekend, overtime, and evening work to meet deadlines.
