Krispy Kreme is seeking a Manager, Digital Consumer Experiences to shape and optimize the end-to-end digital guest journey across KrispyKreme.com, mobile app, kiosks, and loyalty programs from concept to launch.

You will partner with Marketing, Digital Product, Technology, Operations, and Analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize enhancements, and deliver measurable growth in guest satisfaction, engagement, and digital sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations.
• Strong analytics mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for improving end-to-end digital guest experience across owned channels.
• Prioritize enhancements to KrispyKreme.com and the mobile app; optimize navigation, merchandising, ordering flows, and checkout.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Analytics to bring campaigns to life and optimize merchandising.
• Own reporting and dashboards; monitor KPIs and conduct A/B tests; provide executive-ready updates.
