MinIO is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to own the full digital experience on min.io, including builds, UX, conversion performance, and the technical infrastructure that enables buyers to find and convert. This hands-on role requires designing, building, testing, and optimizing the main website to convert engineers, architects, and data platform leaders.

You will drive core website optimization, design system stewardship, and technical SEO while managing GA4 tracking, content ownership,

Competenze

5–8+ years in a digital experience, web management, or CRO role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/dev-tools company.
Hands‑on CMS expertise; build in the tool, not just brief others. Webflow experience preferred.
Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and technical SEO and AEO; diagnose tracking gaps and fix configurations.
Strong design sensibility; advocate for UX improvements within an established brand system.
Familiarity with conversational marketing tools and chat playbook logic.
Self‑starter mentality with autonomy in a lean marketing org.

Mansioni

Own Core Website: optimize user flow, navigation, and conversion paths from entry to action.
Manage brand/development relationship for core Webflow pages.
Maintain design system consistency across site with brand direction.
Monitor Core Web Vitals, crawl health, indexing, and technical hygiene.
Own GA4/GTM event setup, filtering, and troubleshooting site-wide tracking.
Maintain content ownership map across 265+ pages and update as sections evolve.
Define hypotheses for A/B and multivariate tests; translate results into roadmaps.
