Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoW Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, applied science, or related field.
4+ years managing complex technical projects in a research, development, or test & evaluation context.
PMP certification, DAU PM certification, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across organizations without formal authority.
Sufficient technical depth to engage with digital engineering topics (MBSE, digital twins, HIL, HPC).
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear technical reports and briefings.
Proficiency with scheduling and collaboration tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of concurrent defense R&D programs from initiation through delivery, maintaining technical roadmaps and schedules.
Coordinate with principal investigators, Integer development teams, and university research teams to align scope, budget, deliverables, and schedule.
Serve as the primary interface between Integer Technologies, Navy program offices, prime contractors, academic partners, and equipment manufacturers.
Translate operational requirements into clear engineering tasks and deliverables for distributed research teams.
Conduct regular risk assessments, issue tracking, financial reporting, and status reporting to the DE Director and stakeholders.
Develop and enforce project documentation standards and maintain a structured repository.
Produce technical reports, briefings, meeting minutes, risk registers, and communications plans for executives and government audiences.
Apply sound PM methods (design reviews, RACI, issue logs, project charters, milestone tracking) adapted to research environments.
