Job summary

Integer Technologies is seeking a Director of Cyber-Physical Systems to lead a portfolio of DoD S&T programs focused on cyber-secure undersea, surface, and information warfare. You will guide PIs and TPMs, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and drive milestones and customer outcomes while expanding opportunities with sponsors and research partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degrees (MS/PhD) preferred for research leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Embody Integer’s core values and lead portfolio strategy for S&T programs.
• Oversee technical, schedule, and budget performance for DoD S&T/R&D contracts.
• Supervise PIs and TPMs, ensuring high-quality program execution.
• Coach researchers on effective engagement with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with university researchers and partnered institutions.
• Provide strategic direction and prioritization across distributed teams.
