Job summary

The engineer will mentor developers, design microservices, and implement DevOps pipelines. A DoD clearance and strong math, software, and systems background are key assets for success.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in modeling, simulation, or manufacturing domains.
• Experience with middleware languages and technologies: Java, C++, C#, Python, SQL, Rust, Go, REST APIs, or Bash.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience designing scalable technical solutions including microservices, cloud architectures, and modular frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop autonomous software agents for control of complex systems.
• Design robust, scalable software architectures and promote modular code reuse.
• Write clean, efficient code and develop pipelines to optimize development processes.
• Create software products for internal teams and external customers using proven methodologies.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified, actionable insights.
• Apply DevOps practices: CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Git version control.
