The Program & Digital Engagement Coordinator at Move2STL advances the mission to attract and retain talent in the St. Louis region.

This role blends digital communications, program operations, candidate engagement, data management, and technology to support growth of a regional workforce initiative. Reporting to Move2STL Director, the coordinator maintains systems and processes, supports employer engagement, and develops digital content while exploring AI-assisted improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience creating digital content for social media and email marketing.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn new software platforms and technology, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Create graphics, videos, and marketing materials using Canva and similar tools.
• Draft newsletters, email campaigns, and digital communications.
• Repurpose program updates and success stories into engaging content.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
• Maintain branding consistency across digital platforms.
