Job summary

AMDA College of the Performing Arts is seeking motivated, creative, and professional students to join the Communications & Engagement team for the Fall 2026 semester. Student Workers provide hands-on experience in digital engagement, community building, and content creation, while representing AMDA both inside and outside the classroom.

The role focuses on ZeeMee-based outreach, requires strong written communication, and balances academics with part-time employment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled AMDA student for Fall 2026 semester.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Professional and responsive in digital spaces.
• Creative, reliable, and able to manage deadlines.
• Desire to connect with and support prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active and professional ZeeMee profile.
• Monitor ZeeMee message boards and chats to assist prospective students with AMDA-related questions.
• Respond in a timely manner to “Ask a Counselor,” “General,” and “Ask a Current Student” chats.
• Collaborate with the Communications & Engagement team to develop creative in‑platform engagement activities that foster connection.
• Share the AMDA experience through creative digital content, including Day-in-the-life posts, rehearsals and performances, behind‑the‑scenes moments, student life highlights.
• Post a minimum of two original pieces of content per week on the ZeeMee platform.
• Represent AMDA in a welcoming, professional, and authentic manner.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
