American 1 Credit Union is seeking an E-Service Specialist to deliver an exceptional member experience through digital channels from our Jackson, MI call center. The hourly rate is $21.13 and benefits start day one, including health, dental, vision, and time off.

The role requires answering member inquiries, guiding them to suitable products, and supporting them with technology used for online banking and mobile access. Attendance at all required shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED.
• Experience in customer service and problem solving.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member needs via electronic delivery channels (online banking messages, emails, mobile messages).
• Provide information on credit union products and services and assist with technical support for personal devices.
