The position offers hourly compensation of $19.08, day-one benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off, and the flexibility to work within a collaborative call center

Qualifications

• A minimum education of high school diploma or GED.
• Cash handling or sales experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PC applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member experience by answering inbound calls and addressing questions and concerns.
• Assist members fully, route calls when necessary in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Promote credit union products and services to support financial wellness.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure superior member experience and achievement of goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and procedures including BSA requirements.
• Work flexible hours within the department and support other locations within 20 miles.
