East-West Ministries International is seeking a Digital Gift Officer to manage a mid-level gifts portfolio and execute digital donor engagement strategies. The role partners with the Development Team to cultivate donor relationships and meet annual gift goals through authentic Christian ministry.

The DGO will steward donor activities in alignment with East-West Vision, Mission, Values, Statement of Faith, and biblical financial principles, while delivering prayerful, relationship-centered

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years minimum in a similar fundraising or donor relations role.
• Ministry or nonprofit experience preferred; familiarity with ECFA standards helpful.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement digital donor acquisition strategies for mid-level gifts.
• Shepherd first-time mid-level donors with high-touch engagement and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Development Team to cultivate relationships and portfolios.
• Maintain donor engagement through calls, emails, and prayerful outreach.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and briefings for stewardship of mid-level donors.
• Support portfolio health by analyzing donor trends and feedback.
