Job summary

East-West is seeking a Digital Gift Officer to manage a mid-level donor portfolio and execute digital engagement strategies. You will work with the Development Team to cultivate relationships and meet annual gift goals, serving as an ambassador of faith and biblical generosity.

Ideal candidates have substantial ministry/nonprofit development experience and a strong commitment to Jesus Christ, with a track record of donor stewardship and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience; BA preferred.
• 5–7 years in a similar role.
• 5–7 years in ministry/nonprofit.
• Nonprofit development experience required.
• Familiarity with development systems and processes.
• Missions experience desired.
• Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Steward East-West relationships and donations per biblical principles.
• Engage donors with a loving, gracious approach that honors God.
• Implement digital donor engagement and cultivation strategies.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and briefings for mid-level donors.
• Collaborate with Development Team to refine acquisition strategies.
• Maintain integrity of donor records and portfolio health.
