Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience with a portfolio showing range and craft.
• Strong design fundamentals: type, layout, hierarchy, color and grid.
• Meta and Andromeda literate; performance-minded.

Responsibilities

• Own the design end to end from brief to final assets.
• Turn one idea into a real test with multiple, distinct executions.
• Make raw assets work across creator content, UI shots and stock photography.
• Analyze performance data to inform next iterations.
• Bring own ideas and collaborate with localization across markets.
