Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a video editor with motion design skills to craft Meta-first ad content. You will cut short-form ads, repurpose footage into fresh assets, and experiment with hooks, stories and formats to deliver diverse, high-performing creative.

Join a fast-paced team, own end-to-end editing, and collaborate with performance marketers to scale winning concepts across 10+ markets. Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of editing experience with a reel showing range, strong craft and an instinct for creative that gets attention.
• Strong editing and motion fundamentals; pacing, storytelling, sound, type, transitions and animation; bring product UI to life when needed.
• Meta and Andromeda literate; understand how Meta's creative delivery has evolved and how to create distinct executions.
• Performance-minded; use performance data to understand what's resonating and where to scale
• Platform native; time spent in feeds, understanding social-native edits
• Creative and full of ideas; notice hooks, formats and trends and adapt for Heidi
• Tool flexible; fluent in Premiere Pro and After Effects and open to AI tools
• Fast, organized and communicative; juggling multiple projects without sacrificing craft
• An instinct for Heidi's audience; ideal for clinicians during a five-minute break
• Resourceful and curious; quick learner and capable of doing great work in imperfect conditions
• Hungry to learn; collaborate with performance marketers and strategists to improve craft

Responsibilities

• Own the edit, end to end; take an idea from raw footage to a polished, platform-native creative with cut, sound, color and captions.
• Turn raw footage into creative pieces people want to watch; build multiple distinct ads from one shoot with different hooks.
• Build hooks that stop the scroll and earn attention within the first seconds.
• Create meaningful diversity for Meta; craft distinct executions across hooks and formats.
• Use performance data to guide creative decisions and scaling opportunities.
• Bring your own ideas; contribute references and pitch stronger formats.
• Experiment with smarter workflows, templates, presets and AI tools.
• Make the work land in every market; adapt edits for different languages and health systems.
