Job Summary

The Digital Designer owns the creative quality of every digital touchpoint from email to the Moultrie website. Loyalty comes before conversion here. A hunter who trusts and relates to our messaging will convert. Your job is to earn that first click and keep earning it through the purchase.

You’ll work directly with our Sr. Design Manager, lifecycle marketing leader, ecommerce lead, and Merchandising lead who own strategy and manage their respective lanes. Your focus is to own the creative execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Set the creative bar. Every touchpoint - CX, web and digital - should feel like Moultrie at its best. You’re the last line of defense on creative quality before it reaches the customer.
  • Design for the hunter, not the send. Understand who’s receiving this creative and where they are in their season before you execute. Design to that person - their moment, their mindset, their relationship with the brand.
  • Contribute to concepting. Bring ideas to the brief, not just execution of it. Subject line angles, message hooks, offer framing, headline and hero direction, page hierarchy. You’re a creative partner, not a layout service.
  • Build/ work in a system that scales without losing craft. Help maintain a modular component library for lifecycle messaging and web including reusable design blocks and patterns that scale that the developer can implement once and reuse everywhere.
  • Own handoff and QA. Developer-ready Figma specs. Ready to ship saved out assets. Rendering QA across Digital platforms including web and mobile - including dark mode - before anything ships.
  • Help expand the digital design system. Typography, color, iconography, photography direction. Unmistakably Moultrie across every channel.
Job Requirements
  • Advanced Figma: component libraries, design tokens, prototyping, developer handoff
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required. After Effects and Lightroom a plus.
  • Responsive email and web design: breakpoints, mobile-first layouts, dark mode, cross-client and cross-browser rendering
