Job summary

The Pokémon Company International in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Digital Designer for a 24-month fixed term contract. You will apply art, design, and copy to create logos, promotional materials, and digital media in line with brand standards.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, produce static and lightweight motion graphics for digital marketing channels, and ensure consistency across touchpoints while managing multiple requests and deadlines. A strong design portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in producing design work aligned with brand requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Strong layout skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on assignments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on brand and campaign goals
• Produce high-quality static and lightweight motion/animated graphics for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, in-app placements, and email campaigns
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure alignment across digital touchpoints
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of digital design principles (responsive layouts, typography for screens, animation basics) and growing familiarity with related areas such as UX, marketing, and content strategy
• Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.
