Job summary

Hasbro's Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Digital Designer (Contract/Temporary) in Renton, WA to collaborate with the D&D studio teams and deliver visually rich digital experiences across owned IP and partner projects.

You’ll craft captivating design elements, style guides, and responsive layouts, while ensuring brand integrity, creating technical documentation, and coordinating with engineering for asset delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (print and digital).
• Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons and fantasy art direction.
• Strong portfolio across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant digital design tools.
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and UX principles.
• Understanding of technical requirements for digital asset optimization and delivery.
• Experience crafting and maintaining technical documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and digital asset optimization.
• Experience working on 3P licensed products and adhering to partner IP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with both the D&D studio team and D&D Beyond digital team to ensure visual consistency and innovation across platforms.
• Build captivating graphic design elements, style guides, and layout formats.
• Partner with Content Specialists and UI/UX to inform design decisions aligned with the D&D brand.
• Develop design style guides and systems adaptable between print and digital formats.
• Build and maintain technical documentation for asset specs and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize asset delivery and implementation.
• Serve as a design resource for asset optimization and delivery questions.
