This position is in the Demand Generation function within CGI's Marketing Group. This role will (i) be responsible for the development and execution of various creative tactics across the CG residential landscape–including owned and e-retail channels), (ii) build, document and socialize digital design systems and UX patterns with the Creative Lead, Residential to support CG digital properties, and (iii) help foster a cross-functional culture of collaboration between the Product, Creative, Marketing and Operations Teams. Requires 3+ years experience in a corporate environment and/or agency background and a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of scalable product creative across the CG residential landscape–including owned channels of web, email, app, display and social–as well as for major e-retailers, including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

  • Manage with the support of the Creative Lead on creative projects from beginning to end while maintaining effective communication and collaboration.

  • Share and sometimes present creative concepts to gain business alignment with project stakeholders.

  • Interface and collaborate with front-end developers and IT to assure streamlined hand-off of creative to production, ensuring technical requirements and specifications are understood.

  • Maintain clear communication with Marketing Ops and keep projects/tasks current within Workfront project management solution.

  • Collaborate with other design practitioners, providing feedback and support to elevate creative output and consistency of creative across the CG digital landscape.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.

  • 3+ years experience in Corporate environment and/or agency background.

  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), Figma, Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint), Monday.com and Workfront.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

The pay range for this position is $61,000.00- $98,500.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
