RTX in Tucson is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, analyze, simulate, test, integrate or troubleshoot digital electronic modules and CCAs for Missile applications.
The role requires a STEM degree and about 2 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain and quality teams to ensure design integrity and compliance. DoD Secret clearance is required. Onsite work with a 9/80 schedule.

Raytheon's Hardware Electrical Engineering team is responsible for Design, Validation, Qualification and production of digital electronic circuit cards and electronic units. Our systems are subject to environments ranging from the frigid, sub-zero vacuum of space to the blistering heat of the desert floor, to the high pressures of the ocean depths.

Security Clearance Status: Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually.
Work Schedule: 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
