Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Team Lead in the greater Denver area to guide a team of model managers within the Building Engineering Services Group. You will work with project managers on staffing, proposals, and coordinate cross-market technical excellence to support healthcare, labs, aviation, and other facilities.

As a leader, you will mentor staff, manage the Digital Delivery Plan, and ensure high-quality model management and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 7 years of experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of digital delivery staff (model managers).
• Collaborate with project managers for staffing and proposals.
• Lead technical excellence, staff development, and quality control.
• Coordinate with market sector leadership across key markets.
• Manage the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and model setups.
• Ensure delivery standards and documentation meet project milestones.
• Engage with HDR’s Digital Business Class and regional leaders.
