Job summary

STV, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to join our Digital Advisory team.

You will assist in implementing digital tools, developing efficient workflows, and supporting project and program teams with technology-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and at least three years’ experience delivering digital solutions in infrastructure or construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting digital solutions, project technology, project controls, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with project delivery environments and information management processes.
• Experience working with project data, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions that align with client project and governance requirements.
• Assist with configuring, testing, and deploying project management and construction management platforms.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for project teams and stakeholders.
• Support contract administration and project controls workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, change tracking, and project closeout activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Help develop and maintain digital workflows, standards, templates, and best practices.
• Provide user support, training, and adoption assistance for digital tools and platforms.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing project delivery and operational performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of project and client objectives.
