Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, digital experience, or customer success.
• Knowledge of customer success concepts, segmentation, and health scoring.
• Renewals and account management experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business using traditional CSM motions and digital programs to drive adoption.
• Lead multi-year renewal processes and coordinate with sales for extensions.
• Leverage product usage data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Design digital-first programs aligned with goals to drive retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard enterprise customers efficiently.
• Monitor accounts to ensure high retention and escalate issues with support.
