Job summary

LVT in Utah is seeking a creative and high performing teammate to help build and deliver digital customer success programs, guiding customers through multi-year renewals and adoption of LiveView Technologies' solutions.

The role requires collaboration across sales, product, and support, with hands-on onboarding, data-driven decisions, and a focus on scale and automation to drive retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management, digital experience, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of customer success concepts and metrics.
• Experience with lifecycle automation to scale programs.
• Renewals and account management experience is a plus.
• Proactive problem solving and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your book of business using traditional CS motions and digital programs to drive adoption and renewals.
• Lead multi-year renewals and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Design digital-first programs aligned with company goals.
• Create workflows connecting CS data to reporting and analytics.
• Facilitate onboarding and guide enterprise customers through deployment.
• Monitor accounts to maintain high retention and escalate issues with Tech Support.
• Stay current with industry trends and act as a digital success expert.
