You will lead the technical development and project management, reporting to the Director, Global Strategic Marketing - Packaging Coatings at the Pittsburgh, PA office. You will manage cross-functional teams, shape product roadmaps, and collaborate with marketing and sales to monetize offerings while traveling up to 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Masters or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years delivering digital solutions or transformation products.
• Experience working globally with diverse teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with focus on outcomes.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital customer solution workstreams with global and regional teams.
• Oversee ideation and development across AI, equipment partnerships and tech teams.
• Partner with marketing to commercialize offerings and drive revenue.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps in target market segments.
• Assess market trends and perform competitive intelligence for digital experiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of milestones.
